 I. Preamble
Browsing our website https://lum-home.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) implies full and unreserved acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) by visitors to the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). Before using any functionalities of our Site, Users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these T&Cs.
The currently posted version of our T&Cs is the only one enforceable throughout the Site's use until a new version is published.
The Site is managed by ACOM SERVICES (hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor”), which reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. These Terms of Use of the Site are governed by French law and, in the event of a dispute, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts under common law, subject to a specific jurisdictional allocation arising from any law or particular regulation.

XI. Maintenance
ACOM SERVICES may interrupt access to the site for maintenance and will endeavor to notify users in advance.

XII. Updates to Legal Notices
